Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Automation Control Inc. (ACI). Please review our return policy carefully:

• Returns are only accepted for items explicitly listed as ‘New’, ‘New Surplus’, or ‘Used Tested’.
• Items sold as ‘SOLD AS IS’ are final sale and cannot be returned.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. No exceptions will be made after this period
• All returns require a valid RMA number, which will be issued by ACI. Please contact us to obtain your RMA before shipping any items back.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs.

Liability Disclaimer

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACI, its parent, partner, and affiliate companies, as well as all staff, management, and ownership, from any claims or damages whatsoever resulting from the application or handling of purchased items.

ACI provides no warranty and accepts no liability on:

• All safety-related items.
• Individual boards/cards removed from any system, panels, or drives, as we cannot ascertain their handling or subsequent environment once they leave our facility.
